Client & Launcher
-
Celestial Destiny Client. Eva now runs on the newest Lineage II client. The launcher upgrades your installation automatically on your next Play; no manual download or reinstall.
-
Remote Play, Open To Everyone. Stream your own running game to a phone or browser from anywhere, protected by a 4-digit PIN set in the launcher. Needs launcher 2.4.5 or later.
Classes & Skills
-
Skills Updated for the New Client. Every class was reviewed against Celestial Destiny: new skills, retuned numbers, official enchant routes and fixed triggers throughout. Read your skill tooltips; they are the truth now.
-
Kamael Rebuilt. Trickster, Soul Hound and Doombringer have new forms, soul mechanics and weapon strikes drawn from the new client. Master spellbooks for the new Kamael skills are new items.
-
Death Knights, Orc Shamans, Healers. Death Knights get Capital Punishment, the three Hells and reworked Calls and Fields. Dominator and Doomcryer's separate self-buffs are merged into single buffs. Healers' Favorable Cover reaches level 4 (Saved Life).
-
Archers Re-Learn. Sagittarius, Moonlight Sentinel and Ghost Sentinel: the skill rows Celestial Destiny removed (old Dexterous Body, the old Rains, True Aim above the new cap) are gone from your list. Learn the new versions from your skill window.
-
Armor Masteries Merged. Duplicate armor masteries were combined the official way (heavy and light together, robe masteries armor-independent); retired mastery skills were removed from your list.
-
AoE Skills Hit More Targets. Offensive area skills now hit up to 20 targets (was 15).
-
Class Balance Retuned. Every class was measured on the same gear against bosses, packs and each other, and the hidden per-class PvE and PvP factors were retuned on those numbers. Classes that were falling behind, including Maestro, Fortune Seeker, Dreadnought and Orc Rider, hit noticeably harder; several overtuned ones were brought down. A separate balance sheet with the metrics per class follows in the coming days.
-
Magic vs Normal Monsters. Monster magic defence now scales with the monster's MEN like on official, so nukes land a little softer on ordinary farm mobs and unchanged on bosses.
-
Eva's Balance Retired. The old per-class stat skill is gone from every class; the retuned factors above replace it, and the balance sheet will show where each class landed.
Quests & Missions
-
Quest Chain Follows Official. Saga of Legend and Evolution of the Giants are retired, quest routes and kill lists follow the official chain, and the old Transcendent level quests are replaced by ten Transcendent Challenge quests. Missions added: Reach Level 96 and Hellish Training I-III.
-
Class Change Rewards. 2nd class change now grants 5 XP Growth Scrolls and the official gift boxes; Shillien Knight and Phantom Summoner finally receive their 2nd-class gear.
-
Growth Weapons. Baium's growth weapon is wired to its level-growth bonus (it gave nothing before), and every growth weapon's per-level table matches the new client.
Hunting Zones
-
Every Zone Rebuilt on the Official Layout. From the starter islands through Dragon Valley, the Lizardmen lands, Sel Mahum, Silent Valley, Elven Forest, Seal of Shillien, Bee Hive, Cruma Tower, Ruins of Agony, Death Pass, Gorgon Flower Garden, War-Torn Plains, Plains of Glory, Fields of Massacre, Fire Dragon's Swamp, Royal Cemetery, Hot Springs, Gorde Canyon, Alligator Island, Tower of Insolence, Whispering Woods, Hellbound, the Catacombs, Devil's Isle, Xilenos Fortress, Morgos' Military Base and the Ancient Ruins: monsters now stand on the official spawn cells with official levels, HP, XP and drops. Standard respawn is 20 seconds everywhere.
-
Legacy Monsters Gone. Monsters that never had an official Essence spawn (Breka orcs, Silenos, Glass Jaguar, the old lv18-25 Orc plateau and the like) no longer exist. Every tutorial and starter quest was checked and still completes.
-
Monster Casters Actually Cast. Monster mages (Dragon Mages, Seers, Shamans...) now cast their nukes from range instead of running in to melee, and monster magic damage scales properly from level 76.
-
Storm Ruins, New Zone. A fourth wing of the Ancient Ruins, with Kugin's portal hub and its own Doll Summon Coupon drop. The Ancient Ruins daily budget is 16 hours (was 20).
-
Ancient Ruins Wings. Vulcan's Furnace, Antharas' Lair and Frost Lord's Castle rebuilt at official numbers. The Lair's camps expand and its knights join at 22:00-00:00 UTC; Frost Lord's Weapon Crystal drops at 25 % (easy) / 40 % (hard).
-
Elite Sel Mahum Barracks, New Zone. The 563 elite camp on the Sel Mahum tile; kills there call the Elite Sel Mahum Thief.
-
Dragon Valley. Weekday and weekend populations: the far east fills on weekdays, the lv83 Dragons move there on weekends.
-
Shifting Mirage & Wasteland Oasis. The Mirage's dry and wet halves swap with the tide on the game clock, and the invisible wall between the Oasis and the Mirage is gone. In the Oasis, kills have a chance to call a bonus Oasis Creature or Elite Raider, and Vander appears with his Attendants after 500 zone kills.
-
Seal of Shillien & Bee Hive. Seal of Shillien runs one of four monster sets at a time. Bee Hive's first area starts at level 76 (was 70), guardians get a +200 % XP buff there, and the Killer Tag chain is live.
-
Hellbound De-Duplicated. The island was quietly spawning nearly double its intended count on the same ground; it now matches the official layout. The Otherworldly Tower runs its full mix.
-
Devil's Isle Day & Night. Separate day and night monster rotations, each rebalanced; the dead chests, props and Garom's map trade are gone.
-
Giant's Cave Race Cycle. The cave's population flips between Giants and Humans every 4 hours.
-
Xilenos Fortress: Jakal & the Secret Hall. Monster counts doubled with premium XP and adena. On half the nights Jakal and his guards appear inside the fortress; the clan that lands the killing blow holds the key to a previously sealed inner hall until 09:00.
-
Morgos' Military Base Rings. The seven outer camps are numbered barracks: hitting a ring's leader calls the Infantry Commander and reinforcements, and killing a Commander in the central barracks can summon Morgos himself.
-
Hunter Chains. Hot Springs' Hunters fight the Nepenthes and call Morgos' Supplier when they fall; Gorde Canyon's Hunters chase Canyon Antelopes and call an Infantryman when you kill their prey; Wolfmen Camp deaths can call a Berserker.
-
Fire Dragon's Swamp Melee Advantage. Melee classes get Speed +30 and XP/SP +30 % on the swamp's first ground.
-
Whispering Woods & Alligator Island Elites. Regular kills there have a chance to call an elite: Specter of Light, Veridia, or a Swampland Raider.
-
Timed Zone Budgets Follow Official. Whispering Woods 60 minutes a day, extendable to 120; Alligator Island 120; the Ancient Ruins 960. Banked minutes above the new cap are spent first.
-
Tower of Insolence. Official XP on every floor (it pays far more per kill than the open world, by design of a rationed zone), roaming Keepers every 3 hours on each floor range dropping Rings of Insolence, official weapons and resistances, and Metallograph no longer drops there.
-
Royal Cemetery Base Pillars. Capture one of twelve Base Pillars to buff your party every minute and call guards for as long as you hold it; pillars reset every 4 hours.
-
Cruma Tower Relaid. Rooms and corridors rebuilt from the dungeon's real geometry, Level Watchers one per room, the stronghold device at official HP.
-
New Settlements Get Their Services. Punador, the Warg Guardian Manager, stands in Warg Settlement; Mother Tree Village has its Sentinels; the Warg and Lands of Light teleports work. Die near Crow Island, Warg, Wind Village, Assassin Hideout, Death Knight Base or Mother Tree Village and "to village" returns you there, not to Floran.
-
Teleports. Prices follow the new client (towns are free). New destinations: Horong's Depths, Floran Village, Giant's Cave lower layer, the Warg zones. Landings that dropped you far from the monsters were moved next to them.
-
PvP Zones Lose Their Rate Bonuses. Devil's Isle, Xilenos Fortress and the Imperial Tomb no longer carry zone-wide drop or XP multipliers; the monsters' own rows pay. The Revenge teleport can no longer drop you onto a killer standing inside a PvP warzone.
New Zones
-
Water Dragon's Canyon, New Zone. A daily zone for level 85+ with a tide that rises and falls on the game clock: hunt the basins on foot, dive when the water is up, touch the Crystal Fragments to summon Coupon Keepers, and cross to the wider eastern area on weekends. You get the Mysterious Waterfall breath buff on entry.
-
Mother Tree's Orphanage, New Zone. A daily zone for level 80+ under the Elven Forest; Foel at the entrance takes you down for free. Its Time Stone is at Helvetia.
-
Imperial Tomb, New Solo PvP Zone. The top solo PvP hunting ground, above Xilenos Fortress and Devil's Isle. The Imperial Tomb Ghost at the entrance teleports you around the tomb.
-
Four Sepulchers, New Party PvP Zone. A 5-man party PvP floor beneath the Imperial Tomb with much harder monsters and a rotating Shadow of Halisha boss every evening at 21:00. The Nameless Spirit at the hub is the way in; the sepulcher gates stand open.
-
Catacombs Are a Daily Special Zone. The three Catacombs (level 80 / 85 / 90) work like Whispering Woods now: 120 minutes a day for 1,000 adena, enter through the Ziggurats, PvP rules. The old catacomb menus and teleport button are gone.
-
Training Zone Rebuilt. Fifteen level 85+ picks, world monsters, one boss (Minore) scaled to the pick you chose, official buff fees. Exit through Tind.
-
Transcendent Tower Rebuilt. 22 personal floors. One 15-minute run from Debbie: the level rises at 5:00 and 10:00, a Specimen appears one minute into each phase, and killing the 11:00 Specimen before 13:00 climbs you one floor. First placement by level and gear; any lower floor can be picked.
-
Transcendent Rewards. Chests appear on a schedule (2:00, 4:00, 8:00, 12:00) with an adena budget by floor, paid once per account per day. A run themed to your race grants Race Blessing, XP/SP +200 %.
Retired
-
Primeval Isle Removed. The dino island is gone; its ground is now home to Primeval Hunt (see Honor Grounds). Its Time Stones no longer work.
-
Elmoreden Tower Mothballed. Parked for a possible future event. Any Elmoreden Time Stones you held were removed and the stone left every shop.
-
Ancient Ruins Wing Bosses Paused. Tiron, Behemoth and Valation's 22:00 raids are off until the boss pass; the wings themselves are open.
-
Keber Hunter Event Removed. Bonnie and the hourly Seal Stone event are gone.
Honor Grounds
-
Match Equalizer. Outmatched players get Einhasad's Favor and overpowered ones Gran Kain's Burden, scaled to the gap between their combat power and the match average, plus a cap of 15 % of max HP on any single hit. Gear, not skill, no longer decides a match.
-
Tie Fix. A kill tie no longer pays both teams as a defeat.
-
Primeval Hunt. When fewer than 10 register, Honor Grounds runs a free-for-all hunt on the old Primeval Isle instead, and it starts even with a single player, so you can do your Honor Grounds missions and farm Honor Marks at any hour. 60 seconds cloaked, then points for dinos and for kills, respawn under a short veil, your own scoreboard on screen. The full podium rewards need 10 or more.
Eva's Bounty
-
Boss HP Follows Attendance. A boss's HP now scales up AND down with how many players are actually fighting it, keeping its percentage on every resize. Ten people no longer face a boss sized for fifty.
-
Kuka & Jisra Moved. Both bosses have a new spawn spot with three tactical teleports each.
Items & Economy
-
Celestial Armor. The full Celestial set with its skills and Blessing, wearable under any armor mastery; Legendary scrolls enchant it.
-
Royal Summon Cloak & Transcendent Talismans. The Royal Summon Cloak (enchant to +8) and Transcendent Talismans of Hellbound and Venir are in, with official compounding.
-
Jewels Level 9 and 10. Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Aquamarine and Opal can be upgraded past level 8, with official compounding rows and Jewelry Boxes.
-
New Dolls: Tempest & Kain. Two new relics with their collections; Tempest through compounding and coupons, Legate of Darkness Kain by coupon.
-
Legendary & Mythic Dolls Fixed. Legendary and Mythic coupons, the Heroic guarantee and Legendary compounds gave nothing since February; they work now. Heroic to Legendary and Legendary to Mythic compound at 3 %, Mythic dolls enchant with Mythic materials, and Legendary+ dolls show their boss on attack.
-
Relic Compounding Cap Raised. The compound window handles up to 400 doll groups at once (was 100).
-
Infinite Quiver & Elemental Orb. One grade-free quiver and one grade-free orb, sold by grocers everywhere and granted at class change.
-
Agathions, Cloaks, Circlets to Official. Legion Cloak, Clan Cloak (with a new active), Clan Circlet, Ignis (area attack), Petram (10 s) and the Aden Laboratory stages now do what their new tooltips say.
-
Attack Speed Over the Cap. Tempest's Heroic+ passive lets part of your attack speed above 2000 count, and Queen Ant's Transcendent Research turns the excess into flat P. Atk.
-
Choice Coupons Fixed. Hundreds of coupon reward lists that opened empty now show their real contents, and every item the new client knows exists on the server.
-
Magic Lamp Rebalanced. Lamp chances match official (Red 20 / Purple 30 / Blue 40 / Green 10) and rewards scale with your level, so a high-level lamp is worth what it should be. Banked lamp points on characters above level 76 were reset once at the update.
-
Scroll: Enchant Accessory Removed. The new client retires it; every held scroll was deleted, no conversion. Einhasad ornaments enchant with Scroll: Enchant Ornaments, which also replaces the old jewel scrolls in boss packs and drops.
-
Special Craft Updated. 44 recipes the new client dropped are gone and 12 new ones are in.
-
New Styles. The Tears weapon skins, the Falling Flower Vortex kill effect and the Snowfall name background.
-
Collections Corrected. Four collection bonuses now grant what they promise (Max HP +100, P. Def. +200); two of them granted nothing before.
Fixes
-
Mirror Skins on Special-Body Classes. Divine Templar, Element Weaver, Samurai and Sylph can wear any Eva's Mirror skin without turning invisible, holding the wrong weapon or losing their hair.
-
Heavenly Cloak Enchant Visible. Other players now see your +5 through +8 Heavenly Cloak's dragon look.
-
Floating Pets. Guardians and summons no longer float into the sky after summoning.
-
Spear Skins on Vanguards. The Woeful Sword and Tears spear skins animate correctly on the Orc Vanguard (an official data bug).
-
Monsters Armed. 62 monsters that fought bare-handed or stood frozen after death now carry their weapons; archers shoot from bow range instead of jogging into melee.
-
Attendance Gold Days. Every 7th attendance day shows the gold highlight it was always meant to.
-
Training Dummy HP Bar. Dummies no longer show an empty floating HP bar.
-
Random Craft Card. The roll card now shows the colour of the slot's grade.
-
Eva's Whisper Quests. Eva no longer sends you after monsters that no longer exist.
