3. Dream Dungeon XP - Dream Dungeons no longer penalize XP on death, matching other matchmaking dungeons

1. Multi-Client Detection Fix - Fixed false "character already logged in" blocks between unrelated players
2. Clearer Multi-Client Message - The multi-client limit message now explains what to do and lists which characters are online
