Honor Grounds
-
Per-Role Leaderboards. Honor Grounds rankings are now split into four separate boards: DPS, Healer, Tank, and Support. Your matches count toward the board for the class role you played, so tanks, healers, and supports now compete for rankings among their own kind instead of against damage dealers. Dwarf classes count as Support. Switch between boards using the new tabs in the ranking window.
-
Per-Role Weekly Rewards. Each of the four boards now pays out its own weekly Giran Seals (500 for 1st, 375 for 2nd, 250 for 3rd, 125 for ranks 4 through 10) and its own first-place Prestige Dragon Cloak. If you place on more than one board, you receive only your single best reward, and the freed spots slide up to the next player.
Eva's Bounty
-
Independent Honor Mark Earning. Eva's Bounty now awards Honor Marks on its own weekly cap of 150, completely separate from the 250 weekly cap earned in Honor Grounds. The two pools do not overlap: marks earned in Honor Grounds count only toward the Honor Grounds cap, and marks earned from bosses count only toward the Eva's Bounty cap, so neither one can be used to fill the other. Reaching your cap in one no longer stops you from earning in the other, so you can max both each week. Your current totals for both pools are shown on Eva's Hall.
-
Pet Corpses Cleaned Up. Dead pets no longer pile up in bounty boss areas.
-
Phase-Change Protection. Solo players are no longer briefly left open to attack while a bounty boss changes phase or transforms.
-
Autohunt in Boss Areas. Autohunt combat works again for parties and command channels during bounty boss fights. Only healing skills are blocked while in Eva's Bounty boss zones: even healers can keep autohunting with their attack skills, and just their healing is suppressed.
PvP
-
Anti-Chain Crowd Control. Being locked down by nonstop crowd control (knocked down, then rooted, then stunned, and so on) from multiple enemies is no longer possible. When a player's crowd control wears off you, you gain a brief window of immunity that also clears any other crowd control still on you, so you can move again. This only covers movement and control effects (stun, root, sleep, paralyze, fear, knockdown, and the like). Damage-over-time, defense reductions, and other debuffs are unaffected and still land normally. The first crowd control still lands in full. This only stops the endless chaining, applies to PvP only, and does not affect Olympiad.
-
Gloves of Silence No Longer Perma-Lock. Several attackers wearing Gloves of Silence could previously keep a target silenced without end. Each pair of gloves now has a cooldown between silences, so a target can no longer be locked out of their skills indefinitely.
-
Stronger Damage Reduction. The damage reduction stat now provides a more noticeable effect in combat.
-
Free PvP Resurrection Reduced. The daily allowance of free full resurrections after being killed by another player has been lowered from 100 to 20.
Chat
- Chat Ban Scope Reduced. Chat bans now only block public and whisper chat. If you have a chat ban, you can still talk in clan, alliance, party, and command channel chat. You cannot share your own location while banned, but you can still take locations shared by others. Blocked messages now tell you how many minutes remain on the ban.
Skills & Combat
- Hellfire Debuff Fixed. Hellfire's defense-reduction debuff now appears and applies correctly on its targets.
World
- Primeval Isle EXP Adjusted. The bonus EXP on Primeval Isle has been adjusted so it no longer competes with normal leveling zones.
