After months of closed beta testing with over 200 dedicated testers, thousands of bug fixes, and countless iterations - L2EVA is ready for the next chapter. Open Beta is your chance to experience what we've been building.
What to Expect
OBT runs for two weeks, split into two phases:
Phase 1 - Live Settings (March 6-16) The real experience. Normal rates, no bonuses, no shortcuts. This is how L2EVA is meant to be played. Progress through Eva's guidance, explore the job system, discover the dungeons, and see for yourself what makes this server different.
Phase 2 - Boosted Exploration (March 16-20) Boosted rates and additional currency to explore endgame content, test builds, and push the limits. Your chance to see what's waiting at the top.
OBT Rewards
Every OBT participant receives a consumable booster pack at live launch - if you showed up, you get rewarded.
For the competitive players: the Top 10 in XP, Top 10 in Raid Points, and Top 10 members of the #1 Eva's Bounty raid clan will earn an exclusive mount that will never be obtainable again. Competitive rankings are locked at the end of Phase 1 - before the boosted period begins - to ensure fairness.
What Comes After
Live launch is targeting late March. OBT is our final stress test - your feedback shapes the launch.

๐ Night-Cycle Catacombs โ New Endgame System
The world of Aden has changed. Time now flows differently, and when midnight strikes, sealed dungeons awaken across the land, revealing ancient tombs filled with riches and danger.
Welcome to the Night-Cycle Catacombs โ a new endgame progression system that unlocks only during the night and rewards brave adventurers with ancient adena.
๐๏ธ THE NIGHT CYCLE Time now matters in L2EVA:
- Day lasts 18 game hours (3 real hours) โ normal world
- Night lasts 6 game hours (1 real hour) โ catacombs open
- Night occurs every 4 real hours โ 6 opportunities per day
- Watch the minimap icon โ moon = catacombs are open, sun = sealed
When midnight strikes, server-wide announcements herald the opening of the sealed tombs. When dawn breaks at 6am, stragglers are ejected and the dungeons seal once more.
This is just the beginning โ the day/night cycle will soon affect special zone spawns, fishing mechanics, world bosses, and more. The catacombs are only the first system to embrace the cycle.
