Help is a feature
Things break, items vanish, questions pile up. What separates servers is not whether that happens; it is whether anything happens next. Here, something does.
Tickets that get read
Support runs through the Discord ticket system: open one, describe the problem, and it is tracked until it is resolved. A ticket here is a conversation with a person, not a message into a void with an auto-reply.
Ask Eva first
For questions rather than problems, Ask Eva is literally a button: she answers from the same knowledge that fills the Codex, and she is awake at four in the morning when your quest question strikes.
The void gives back
When a bug or a server fault takes something from you, item restoration exists: a real process with a real paper trail, where staff verify what happened against the game's own logs before anything comes back. It is a safety net for what the server took, not an undo button for what you did, and every request is checked, not granted.
